How many coffee cups do you drink on an average day?

About 3 double Ristrettos.

Do you enjoy having your coffee with pastry alongside, and if so, what is it?

Hmm, the thought of a lukewarm brownie makes me hungry!

Do you have a favorite Single-origin coffee?

Not in general. For now it’s Rwanda (Coko, from Amsterdam based White Label Coffee). I think it’s good to keep inspiring your taste buds and not stick to 1 particular taste. Play around, widen your senses.

What was the most unusual or experimental coffee you tasted?

Rwanda (see the previous question), and Brazil (from Amsterdam based Bocca).

What is your favorite coffee shop and what makes it enjoyable?

Caffènation Amsterdam. The laid-back feel and extreme high quality coffee, attention to detail; I love it!

From your experience, what is the most important factor when it comes to making good coffee?

Focus, mindfulness and above all: Love 🙂
