I drink filter coffee, usually made in a Chemex. No milk or sugar.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee.

What was the most unusual or experimental coffee you tasted?

I’ve tried Kopi Luwak. It was terrible.

3FE. The coffee and the service is always exceptional.

From your experience, what is the most important factor when it comes to making good coffee?Well roasted beans, time, temperature and turbulence are all important.
